**About The Opportunity**
As the Customer Engagement Specialist, based in our Perth CDB office, you will play a key role in developing new customer opportunities by proactively generating interest in Micromine's products and services.
Reporting to the Business Development Marketing Manager (Australia), your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with management to prepare plans and schedules to identify potential clients.
- Creating call scripts for approaching new leads, ensuring information is kept up to date with new product releases, marketing strategies, and other initiatives.
- Proactively contacting sales prospects to present Micromine's solutions.
- Passing on leads to the Australian Sales team to transition seamlessly to sales.
- Helping prepare presentations, proposals, tender responses, and sales contracts.

**About You**
You will be an energetic, and up-and-coming, sales professional with experience in either face-to-face, inside sales, or telesales environments.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Strong experience with cold calling potential customers.
- Whilst not essential, exposure to either the Software, Technology, or Mining industries would be useful.
