Customer Engagement Specialist

This role involves working with customers on a daily basis to drive new leads through conversations about dental care and health. You will lead from the front, starting conversations and assisting customers with their queries.

  • Lead from the front to start conversations about dental care and health with potential customers and drive new leads
  • Assist customers with dental queries
  • Support the store by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
Key Responsibilities:

Meet daily and monthly sales targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and have genuine conversations with customers
  • An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis
  • A naturally empathetic nature, making you capable of having sensitive conversations with customers about their hearing health
  • A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
