Job Overview

The Customer Activation Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing customers' chances of securing sustainable employment by generating and managing innovative work activities.

This is a full-time and ongoing position that requires partnering with stakeholders to establish a range of activities to meet activation requirements.

  • Demonstrate high-level interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively with culturally diverse clients, employers, and staff
  • Strong data entry skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and typing speed (30 wpm minimum)
  • Create employment pathway opportunities
  • Read reports and identify performance and compliance issues using data

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify activities to support sites, referral processes, schedules, and activity management.

• Review report data to aid sites in daily customer activation management.

About the Ideal Candidate

We seek passionate employees who work with those in need, are results-focused, and contribute to a strong team. You will be working across Perth South and must have the following qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development, completed three selected WHS modules
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Employment Services
