As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels.
You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand and we want it to be a lasting impression
We are looking Part Time and Full-time role which will be under HIGA award and will require flexibility within availability.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Greeting guests as they enter the hotelChecking in & out guests Modify and adjust guest bookings accordinglyPromote the hotel and all it has to offer
Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the areaAttending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and websiteSupporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations About youAt Ovolo, we are all about YOU.
