The Four and a half Star Pagoda Resort & Spa overlooks Perth's beautiful Swan River, located just minutes from Perth CBD. The Pagoda offers a selection of Hotel Accommodation Rooms as well as one
- and two-bedroom apartments all with spas and feature a variety of views over the river, parkland or the superbly landscaped pool side gardens.

**Full-time Guest Services Agents - **_**Level 2 Award Rate plus penalties.**_

This role is responsible for all aspects of the front desk operations, encompassing the overall safety and security of all our guests and associates. Previous history working in a 4/5-star hotel or similar customer facing experience, display a strong sense of commitment to customer service, works well within a team and impeccable attention to detail.

**Your attributes**:

- Previous experience in Hotel Front Office
- Experience in using Hotel Property Management Systems - Preferably with OPERA Cloud.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
- A warm and friendly personality.
- Well-developed organisational skills complimented with a high level of attention to detail.
- Engaging, personable and friendly.
- Team oriented.
- Have a common-sense approach towards solving any guests' issues or requests.
- Conduct your work with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to accommodate 5 shifts work week over a 7-days roster.
- Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised.
- The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $21.38 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA or Approved Manager Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
