Hi, I'm Ray Seeto, CIO, and **right now, I'm on the lookout for a Level 2-3 Support Officer with a genuine customer-centric focus, to come and work with us**. Is that you?
**Who are you?**
Well, in addition to 3+ years experience in a similar role, you'll have a solid understanding of ITIL Framework, knowledge of service desk management and tools (such as Jira), sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 and experience with cloud services, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, PaaS.
