Location: Brisbane | Contract: Initial 6 months

Data#3 are seeking an energetic Technology Support resource to work on-site with one of our customers - a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company.

In this role, you will be the face of the Operations Team, delivering high-quality Level 1/2 end user support across the organisation. You'll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team of technical professionals who are passionate about keeping technology running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Acting as first point of contact for IT support issues (Level 1/2).
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
  • Supporting the business through a large-scale Windows 11 migration project.
  • Logging and resolving tickets, escalating when necessary.
  • Building strong relationships with end users and providing friendly, efficient service.
What we're looking for
  • 2–4 years' experience in Level 1/2 IT Support.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience in large enterprise or data centre environments highly regarded.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
