In this role you will:
  • Build and grow strong customer relationships across your territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities, including annuity business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solution owners, and vendor partners to drive results.
  • Lead customer engagements from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Influence key stakeholders by offering data-driven perspectives.
  • Manage tenders, proposals, and commercial relationships end-to-end.
About You
  • Keen to learn and motivated to grow a career in IT sales.
  • Experienced in customer service within the IT sector, and looking to step into an account management role.
  • Confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
  • The ability to challenge assumptions and inspire new ways of thinking.
  • Willing to learn the art of negotiation and engage in commercial conversations.
  • In tune with IT operations and emerging technology trends, and keen to deepen your understanding.
