- Manage site inductions for all contractors and ensure adherence to SMCT's safety standards.
- Monitor and report on unplanned asset downtime, prioritising critical issues to meet SLA requirements.
- Provide customer-focused support to internal teams and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of operational and capital budgets.
- Identify risks and broader sustainability and compliance frameworks.

**Your Profile**:
To succeed in this role, you will be a hands-on, solutions-focused professional with strong knowledge of facilities coordination and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in facilities, operations, or asset maintenance coordination.
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and fire safety.
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Well-developed time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, particularly when managing high job volumes.

- Understanding of compliance, WHS standards, and risk management processes.
- A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- A trade qualification or diploma in facilities management, operations, or a related field (highly regarded).

**What's on Offer**:
We offer a fulfilling career with exceptional personal and professional growth opportunities, along with a comprehensive range of benefits:

- Access to Leadership and Development Programs to foster professional growth and advancement.
- Employee Health, Wellbeing and Assistance Programs including complimentary onsite physio services.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Immediate access to unpaid parental leave and a short waiting period of only three months for paid parental leave, applicable to both full-time and part-time employees.
