About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage complex engineering & infrastructure assets and maintenance contracts for our facilities.

  • Ensure accurate asset data is maintained in AIMS/CMMS systems and implement management procedures to capture maintenance activities, asset histories, maintenance costs, etc.
  • Manage minor works projects.
  • Assist engineers to identify key critical assets and develop Asset Management Plans (AMP) aligned with AMAF and ISO 55000 standards.
  • Effectively manage maintenance contracts to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage contractor performance according to Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
  • Provide full coverage for coordinators during their absence.
  • Action day-to-day maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive asset database across key sites and implement necessary data management procedures.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to track asset performance and analyze life cycle data.
  • Foster financial accountability and sustainability initiatives, including energy management.

About You

Requirements:

  • Appropriate trade qualification (e.g. Electrical, Plumbing) with experience in asset/contract management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Building Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of plant performance and maintenance strategies.
