Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare administration career? We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Rostering Support Officer (RSO) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in workforce coordination for our casual and permanent pool nursing and midwifery teams.
**Days**: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
**Shifts**:6:00am - 2:00pm // 10:00am - 6:00pm
What You Will Do
- Work closely with Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs) to identify and backfill staffing deficits
- Oversee and coordinate rostering for NUMs, including allocation in Health Roster
- Be the main contact for casual and permanent pool staffing
- Lead recruitment processes for casual workforce
- Accurately update rosters and allocate shifts under correct cost centres
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
