- Seeking Short term & Permanent accommodation
- Assistance with Personal Care, Daily Living, Meal Preparation, Cleaning, Gardening & Laundry
- Passive & Active Overnight Supports
- Complex Needs Level 3 Trained Support Workers
- Community and social Participation
- Catheter, Tracheostomy, PEG and Stoma Management
Due to our rapid ongoing growth we are looking for a Rosterer/Scheduler with lived experience and or qualifications in the community services sectors. We are seeking a valued individual to join our team to assist us streamline the day to day for our participants.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Manage and create rosters for a team of disability support workers
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times to meet the needs of our clients
- Communicate with support workers regarding their availability and scheduling needs
- Liaise with clients and their families regarding their care requirements and any changes to their schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support worker schedules and availability
- Respond to any scheduling issues and provide effective solutions
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures in regards to rostering and scheduling
**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven experience in a similar rostering/scheduling role, ideally within the disability/support sector
- Knowledge and understanding of disability support services
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in rostering/scheduling software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required
- Current driver's license
**Salary**: $23.18 - $51.11 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
