**The Job**:
We currently have a Head Office (Surrey Hills) position available, with responsibility for filling shift requests from customers, clients, and families within the Disability sector. In this role you will identify and liaise directly with Support Workers, providing clear directions on duties and responsibilities, to ensure all clients' needs are met.

**Your roster will be**:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 6am to 2pm

Thursday and Friday - 2:30pm to 10:30pm.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about providing excellent customer service and be able to demonstrate the following:

- Knowledge of the Disability and/or Community Services sectors desirable
- Previous rostering/allocation experience desirable but not essential - we will teach you
- Great people skills, strong problem-solving skills, and can use initiative
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Database experience
