Australia Aussie Angels Nursing Services Full time

The **NDIS Rostering Officer** is responsible for scheduling and coordinating support workers to provide services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. This role ensures that participant needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with NDIS guidelines and organisational policies.

**Rostering & Scheduling**
- Develop and maintain rosters for support workers in accordance with participant care plans and availability.
- Ensure efficient allocation of shifts while considering worker skills, participant preferences, and compliance requirements.
- Respond to last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent shift requirements.
- Communicate roster changes effectively with staff and participants.

**Participant & Staff Coordination**
- Liaise with NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure services align with individual needs.
- Match support workers to participants based on skills, experience, and preferences.
- Ensure workers are allocated in line with agreed hours in NDIS service agreements.

**Compliance & Administration**
- Maintain accurate records of shifts, hours worked, and any changes to schedules.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, employment agreements, and workplace health & safety standards.
- Support payroll and invoicing processes by verifying timesheets and attendance records.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
