Rostering Officers

**The Role**

The Families and Young People Services team have two vacancies for Rostering Officers located in Nudgee to join the Residential Care and Transition Services (RCaTS) team. We currently have a Full-time Permanent position and a Fixed Term Full-time position that will run for 6 months. This role requires you to work predominantly Monday to Friday however, you would be required to work a minimum of 1 weekend 5 weeks and be available for on-call as required.

This role will be responsible for rostering Care Workers to support children and young people in our care. In this role you will be managing on-call support, providing general rostering support, and where required filling additional shifts to cover staff leave. This position is required to work a varying roster predominantly between Friday and Monday, as well as some weekdays as required, meeting the needs of service delivery within the Residential Care and Transition Services (RCaTS) programs.

**To be eligible for this position you will require (Key Selection Criteria)**:

- Previous rostering and on-call experience.
- Ability to provide weekend on-call support as needed.
- Demonstrates high level of attention to detail and very high standards of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and experience in working collaboratively as a productive team member.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer IT systems including MS Word and Excel.
- Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License.
- Ability to obtain a positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Workers Screening, LCS2 and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.

This position offers a competitive Full-time salary of $67,263 to $70,682 plus superannuation or Part-time hourly rate between $34.04 to $35.77 in line with Level 3 our Enterprise Agreement (dependent on qualifications and experience). You can also increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits available within our Enterprise Agreement.
