You'll be joining a large team with supportive leadership, and whilst you'll have no direct reports, you will engage with more junior colleagues to help support them with their development.

**What you'll be doing**:
You'll be a crucial point of contact between Finance, Operations, and the wider business, and you'll be responsible for providing crucial financial information and essential business insight. You will develop a deep understanding of the key business drivers and how they translate to business performance. In addition, you'll be proactive in analysis of trends and then communicate this information in a meaningful yet simple way so that the business can join the dots regarding any financial impact - this in turn will allow you to liaise with senior leaders to help them identify any potential financial risks.

You'll partner with senior business leaders to provide them with the information you have pulled together and you will have the maturity to understand your audience; you need to ensure that the information you provide is easily digested and be as clear as possible.
The variety in this role continues as you will work with business managers to develop business cases, complete financial modelling, and provide in-depth performance analysis. You can expect to be involved with the development of budgets alongside senior leaders and provide insight and challenges to the status quo.

**Who you are**:
It is essential that you're a fully qualified accountant, have experience in Business Partnering roles, have worked within a large complex business, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, have outstanding modelling skills, and be proactive in your approach.
