The Opportunity We're recruiting for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who thrives on building relationships, digging into the numbers, and helping leaders make smart, data-driven decisions.
In this role, you'll be part of a business that genuinely values finance as a strategic partner - not just a back-office function.
You'll work closely with teams across the organisation, building trusted relationships and contributing to decisions that shape performance.

The Role This role extends well beyond month-end reporting.
It's ideally suited to someone who thrives on translating financial data into actionable business insights - someone who enjoys partnering with operational teams, identifying trends, and proactively contributing to improved performance and strategic decision-making.
Partnering with managers and internal leaders Leading the month-end process, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Providing clear, meaningful financial insights to help shape strategic decisions Supporting system improvements and contributing to future ERP implementation.
Playing a key role in external audits, reporting, and financial project work.
Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to support AP functions and general finance tasks when needed.
About You We're looking for a Finance Business Partner with : Solid experience in management accounting and financial analysis An ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear way Strong Excel and reporting skills (BI tools are a bonus)Ability to interpret the commercials and present them Comfortable working autonomously but keen to collaborate.
