About the role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will partner with senior stakeholders across the Commercial and Customer functions. This role is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave; supporting strategic decision-making and leading financial performance analysis across supply chain, pricing, and large commercial contracts.

Duties/Key responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial insights and strategic finance support
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for Commercial and Customer functions
  • Deliver detailed variance analysis and KPI reporting
  • Support business cases, commercial negotiations, and project evaluations
  • Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring strong controls
Skills and experience
  • CA/CPA qualified with a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 years' experience in commercial finance or business partnering roles
  • Proven experience in large, multi-site businesses; healthcare experience advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and PowerBI preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
