As part of TechnologyOne's Finance & Governance division, the Finance Business Partner provides accurate financial and non-financial reporting on key financial metrics and support the business in preparation of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts.

**What you'll be doing**

Working closely with business leaders and other Finance Business Partners, you will drive the delivery and ongoing use of value-add reporting capabilities and support improvements to current processes and reporting models
- In this key finance role, your responsibilities will also include:

- Providing accurate, timely and effective financial reports, models and analysis to stream leaders and other Finance Business Partners.
- Preparing reports, analysis and recommendations to leaders regarding accounts and financial reports.
- Assisting with analysis of key expense line items and variances.
- Working with stream leaders to identify cost savings and efficiencies and monitor implementation of associated action plans.
- Collating stream specific information and consolidate into various Management reports, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Partner with the Financial Accountants and wider Finance team to ensure the accurate maintenance of a common information base.
- Providing accurate financial data to assist with the development of commercial business decisions and/or solutions in line with corporate financial targets, strategy and legislation.

- Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements to finance practices and processes.
- Ensure systems, processes and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve our efficiencies
- Remain at all times compliant with our policies & procedures and proactively raise improvements where appropriate.
- Tertiary accounting qualifications required and professional membership (CA or CPA) or other relevant post graduate qualification desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial and/or accounting role with a medium sized ASX listed company.
