The Opportunity

Afternoon shift role (14:00-21:51) is a 12 months fixed term role.

The night shift role (21:30-05:21) will be an ongoing full time permanent with an initial 3 month training period of morning or / and afternoon shift.

The Role:

- Technically support the Team Leader to ensure successful execution of the daily routine operations
- Lead Tiered accountability meetings for the area
- Utilise process and team statistics information to manage the day to day operations, understand bottlenecks and opportunities, and drive a culture of continuous improvement Liaise with external support teams and escalate process issues as necessary
- Provide scientific and technical input into interpreting any perceived in process data variability
- Lead continuance improvement initiatives within the Filling Team to reduce manufacturing defects and improve cost efficiency

To be successful:

- A tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing, within a pharmaceutical production environment
- Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems
- Experience leading a manufacturing team
- Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements and relevant environmental, health and safety requirements
- Ability to provide technical data during internal and external audits
