CSL Ltd, an ASX Top 5 company and Australia's largest biotech, is undergoing significant growth across all areas of our organisation. We have several openings for Aseptic Filling Technicians / Operators at our CSL Behring manufacturing site at Broadmeadows.

Working at our site in Broadmeadows, you will play an important part in helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life. These positions are in our Filling (Facility A) department, where we are committed to building aseptic excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Reporting to the Filling Coordinator, you will work in a safe, GMP-compliant, and cost-efficient manner to ensure operations are integrated and aligned with the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site strategies and procedures.

These roles are full-time opportunities, with both permanent and fixed-term positions available.

Please Note: This position is within a 24/7 operational facility, and it will be 12-hour shifts that rotate as 2 morning shifts followed by 2 overnight shifts and 4 days off.

The Role
- Ensure your own and others' health, safety, and security at work
- Assist production activities so the weekly manufacturing schedule of activities is met
- Help develop and implement corrective actions where needed to improve the team's performance goals
- Build professional relationships with your team to meet the team's weekly scheduled deliverables
- Complete tasks with strict gowning requirements
- Maintain a clean work environment of the facility and production lines
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce products safely and with the highest quality standards

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Experience working in a busy, dynamic team environment with a range of diverse stakeholders
- Previous work experience in aseptic filling, laboratory, or manufacturing settings would be highly regarded
- TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this role
