About the role
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced TetraPak Aseptic Filling Technician to join our team In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safe and sterile production of high-quality food products.
Your responsibilities
Operate and monitor aseptic processing and packaging equipment
Supporting the team with assembling and installing new and modified mechanical assemblies
collecting and analysing data to improve line performance and prevent down time
Follow strict sterile procedures to maintain product safety and quality
Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines to prevent contamination
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant
Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance teams
Estimating material costs and quantities, and machine requirements
Understand and follow the Business Policies and Procedures
About you
A willingness to undertake shift work
+ 5 year's experience in similar role
Prior experience operating Tetra Pak machines is a strong advantage and highly valued
A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
Excellent work ethic and a desire to get things done
Work collaboratively with kindness, respect, and a supportive attitude to foster a positive team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards
Problem-Solving Mindset: Approaches challenges and obstacles with problem-solving acumen, seeking innovative solutions to complex issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
