The Role of a Filling Support Technician

This opportunity is available for a skilled professional to work in the Aseptic filling area of our facility, predominantly with our Privigen product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high productivity and efficiency while working within the Master Production Schedule and forecasted product demand.
  • Operate and use bottle washing and sterilising equipment effectively.
  • Prepare equipment as defined in the batch process sheet and procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform activities such as filter integrity testing, line clearance and cleaning, with minimal downtime.
  • Assist in troubleshooting day-to-day issues, providing innovative solutions when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process development and innovation within the manufacturing plant, improving overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance through accurate documentation and training, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory control and complete batch documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in science or engineering, or relevant experience in manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems, including knowledge of cGMP.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or allied industry, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
