**Job Title**: Technical Sales Representative (Industrial Products)

**Position**: Full-time

**Location**: Unit 16, Trafalgar Road, Epping, Vic 3076

**Salary**: $86,000 plus Superannuation

**Qualifications**:

- :_ Bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field (preferred)

Proven sales or technical sales experience in industrial products, ideally in renewable energy or solar sectors

**Skills**:
The prospective applicants must possess the following attributes and skills:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of solar system components, financing options, and regulatory incentives.
- Must be an Australian citizen or PR
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your tasks and duties will include:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar energy and HVAC sectors.
- compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories and other sources
- acquiring and updating knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
- visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
- assessing customers' needs and recommending and explaining goods and services to them
- monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Coordinating with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Providing technical advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and product advancements.
- quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
- arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
- reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services
- following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising
- preparing sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred

Pay: $86,000.00 per year
