Technical Sales Representative – Join the Fleximake Team

Location: Dandenong South

Full-time Position

Fleximake is a dynamic and fast-growing Australian manufacturer. Our innovative solutions range from flexible tanks and inflatables to industrial and agricultural products, serving domestic, industrial, construction, mining, and oil & gas industries across Australia and around the globe.

We're expanding our team and looking for a Technical Sales Representative who thrives on solving problems, thinking outside the box, and engaging with customers beyond standard catalogue selling.

What You'll Do:

· Engage with inbound customer inquiries to understand their unique needs and challenges.

· Use creativity and technical knowledge to propose tailored solutions using our range of products and services.

· Collaborate closely with our technical, production, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and timely responses.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.

· Learn continuously and grow into an expert in our products, applications, and customer industries.

What We're Looking For:

· A fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

· A technical background - ideally with qualifications or experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in offering value-added solutions.

· Willingness to learn on the job, adapt quickly, and work independently when needed.

· Proven ability or strong potential to succeed in a customer-facing sales role.

· High level of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail.

· Previous experience in Sales and Engineering backgrounds are highly regarded.
