Product Support Advisor

About the CompanyWork with a global leader in heavy fabrication, specialising in buckets and trays for large-scale mining equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi).
This is your chance to join a company recognised for reliability, product quality, and performance across the mining sector.The RoleAs a Product Support Advisor, you'll be the technical link between engineering, workshop operations, and clients.
From build to delivery and beyond, you'll ensure products perform to spec, manage warranty issues, and provide on-site support.
This is a technical role (not sales), suited to someone with strong field or OEM experience who thrives on problem-solving and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical advice, inspections, and after-sales support to clientsManage warranty claims, troubleshooting, and performance reviews in the fieldLiaise with engineering and workshop teams to ensure timely delivery and product qualityCompile reports, provide improvement feedback, and support new product estimatesWhat's on OfferSalary: $155k–$165k + superLocation: Kewdale (onsite 2–4 days per week, flexible travel, WFH available)Benefits: Flexible work options, time in lieu for travel, bonus/incentive scheme under reviewAbout YouBoilermaker trade certificate OR engineering qualification essentialExperience with OEMs, field service, or technical product supportStrong communicator comfortable working with site teams and clientsKnowledge of mining attachments/products highly regardedProactive, customer-focused, and solutions-drivenWhy Join?
