Product Support Advisor

The Role
As a PSA, you'll split your time between hands-on mechanical work (50% on tools) and technical / product improvement tasks. You'll be the key link between the product and the client, providing both technical expertise and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of heavy machinery equipmentCarry out inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are metRead and interpret technical drawings and schematicsManage documentation and reporting as required by client and companyProvide warranty support and planned component change-outsConduct technical procedures such as tune valve setsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a true product ambassadorRequirements
