**About the Role**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic** S**ervice Advisor** to join our Service team at** Kia** on a full-time basis in **Warwick Farm**.

As a **Service Advisor**, you will thrive on challenges, excel in a team environment, and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills that elevate our service standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs.
- Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
- Provide quotes for repair jobs and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed manufacturers' CSI targets.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Experience in retail automotive service highly desired
- Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Automotive technical knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS preferred
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organised
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Current driver's licence
- Attention to detail
- Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements
