Sydney City Kia, a proud part of the Autosports Group (ASG), is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team, delivering unmatched service to our valued customers. Our Service Department is the heartbeat of our operations—keeping our customers' vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.

**In this role, the key responsibilities include**:

- Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Explain service options and process.
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
- Order parts where applicable.
- Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
- Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
