RoleAs the Customer Service Team Leader, you will lead the customer relations team to deliver exceptional service and support to Kia customers across Australia. You will oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Customer service representatives
- Manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor service levels and ensure KPIs are met
- Collaborate with internal departments and dealer networks to resolve complex cases
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve customer experience
- Support the implementation of CRM tools and processes
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in customer service and leadership
- Preferred 5 years' experience within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate resilience, while being empathetic, and nurturing in their approach to team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
