Are you passionate about precision and thrive in fast-paced environments? Kia Australia is on the lookout for a Stock Controller/ Rural ASM to help power our logistics and inventory operations to the next level.

About the Role

Based in our Sydney Office, as our Stock Controller/Rural ASM, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring vehicle stock is managed accurately and efficiently. From coordinating incoming shipments to working closely with our dealer network, your role will be essential to keeping Kia's renowned quality and customer satisfaction on track.

Your Responsibilities

  • Effective allocation of Kia vehicles to our Dealer Network.
  • Ensure inventory and stock management system are maintained accurately.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of Kia services.
  • Monitor wholesale numbers to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide training to dealer network on KAU's system (Dealer Portal).
  • Establishing effective relationships with Dealers in both metro and rural regions.
  • Providing on-going support to the Dealer Network and identifying wholesale & retail (including Fleet) sales opportunities for the Kia Australia product range.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate online and physical dealer meetings for the region.

Who You Are

  • A positive attitude, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with all levels of management, dealers and third parties.
  • Results orientated and achieving mindset.
  • A minimum 2-years customer service experience.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • A passion for motor vehicles, desirable.
  • Ability to work in a sales team environment.
