As our Corporate Governance Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality secretariat and governance support to our subsidiary boards and legal entities. Working within the Company Secretariat team, you will be involved in corporate governance, compliance, statutory administration, and the management of intellectual property. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in corporate governance who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide end-to-end support for Suncorp's subsidiary boards, including preparing agendas, meeting documentation, and minutes
- Oversee statutory records, maintain corporate registers, and ensure compliance with all regulatory filing requirements
- Assist with ASX Listing Rule compliance, disclosures, and other governance requirements
- Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors, contributing to governance best practices across Suncorp

**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting, or Business Administration are desirable, with additional professional qualifications in governance preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a company secretariat or governance role within financial services or a regulated industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, APRA regulations, and corporate governance best practices
