**About the role**- Work closely with CECs to create action plans that enhance customer satisfaction and promote a customer-obsessed culture.- Innovate and design solutions that boost customer engagement, ensuring their needs and expectations are prioritized.- Be an advocate of digital transformation efforts within the Customer Experience Centre, supporting seamless integration and adoption.- Integrate customer insights into strategic business solutions, aligning CEC goals with customer-focused strategies.- Foster communication between customer service teams and business units, ensuring cohesive efforts towards improving customer experiences and outcomes.
**About you**- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and relevant industry accreditations would be an advantage.- 5-7 years of experience in a Customer Experience Centre or similar environment, representing customer centric outcomes.- Skilfully interpret complex information, extracting insights to guide thoughtful decision-making.- Gracefully navigate complexity and ambiguity, crafting solutions focused on customer needs.- Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively engaging with diverse audiences to influence and impact.
