To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to adapt your style to suit different customer needs;
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills;
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel under pressure.

In addition to these skills, we require applicants to identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and have COVID-19 vaccination status.
