**Your Impact**

Reporting into the Group General Manager HR Business Partnering, the Head of HR Business Partnering is a critical, leadership position with over-arching responsibility for the successful development and implementation of the HRBP plan for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (ALB) Commercial team. You will partner with the Chief Executive Officer and support our Marketing function to drive a high performing organisation and embed change across the business.

This is a key role that will see you working alongside a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and give you the opportunity to be a thought leader across all areas across HR, driving innovation and enhancing employee experience and our employer brand.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the development of the overall HRBP Strategy as a member of the HRBP Leadership Team; driving one holistic strategy across the Oceania business.
- Develop and execute the Asahi Lifestyle Beverages People Plan
- Drive initiatives, plans and manage resources of the ALB business partner team, building capabilities, enhancing the employee experience, and attracting, developing and retaining talent.
- Provide enterprise-wide thought leadership and drive outcomes aligned to the Asahi Beverages Group Strategy
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset and to drive a high-performance culture across Commercial functions.
- Build and foster strong relationships across the leadership teams, providing trusted HR advice, support, and solutions at a strategic level.
- Partners with sponsors to develop the change strategy across Commercial functions and deliver strategic integration, capability building and transformation initiatives.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Over 8+ years of extensive HR management experience with a track record of success in partnering with senior leaders.
- This an operationally focused role best suited to a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have experience partnering with leaders to provide solutions that deliver commercial results.
- Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level.
- Experience leading large-scale change such as integrations and transformations.
- People Leadership experience across complex and matrix environments.
- Track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial and operational understanding and an ability to identify customer needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in workplace relations.
