**What we are looking for**:

- An ambitious, competitive quantitative analyst with a passion for high-level, predictive modelling.
- One who will relish the challenge of attacking projects few can successfully complete, working alongside fellow high achievers and being part of a close-knit team based on the Sunshine Coast.
- One who strives to uncover innovative modelling solutions that enable our team to capitalise on opportunities ahead of our competitors. We are extremely fast paced, the faster we iterate, the faster we can innovate.
- Have proven success in Predictive Modelling and Algorithm Development
- Strong programming experience in Python, SQL
- Nice to haves C++, a proven track record of making money, yet not overly focused on money.
- Not get stuck in the ideas - we need someone who can execute the details when necessary - not one who prefers to delegate tasks they should be completing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you will need to effectively communicate with the data and trading teams to develop and implement advanced analytical models that help us make informed and profitable decisions.
- Be able to work in a fast-past team, and be comfortable with change
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- An excellent problem solver
