What You'll Be Doing:Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and careCompleting administrative tasks to support customer care operationsStriving for first-contact resolution and meeting service level targetsContributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team cultureWorking Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pmWe offer a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one.
