\- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Complete administrative tasks to support customer care operations.
- Strive for first-contact resolution and meet service level targets.
- Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
- Work Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
We offer a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one.
