Our client has established an excellent reputation within the import industry for their professionalism, industry expertise and client management. An opportunity has arisen within their Head Office for a suitably experienced Invoicing Officer to take on an integral role within this fast paced, often challenging industry.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will take responsibility for accurately invoicing clients for international forwarding and customs clearance services, ensuring the correct charges are applied and all services are accounted for. You will also liaise with clients regarding invoicing queries and work closely with internal departments to ensure rates and charges are correct and investigate any disputes/inaccuracies. There could also be an opportunity to cross train your skill set and learn operations, if this also interests you?
This is a full time permanent position within a fast paced, high volume environment. Applicants must have recent Invoicing experience within an international freight forwarding environment.
