**Your Role**
As HR Business Partner you will partner with your own portfolio (SA and WA), building trusted relationships with stakeholders to enable organisational success.

Key focuses are:

- Build strong working relationships based on trust and open communication to enable the provision of accurate and timely advice to leaders and employees across the business;
- Effective management of complex employee and industrial relations matters to mitigate risks and deliver desirable outcomes for all parties;
- Be a key contributor to the successful delivery of national HR initiatives, ensuring alignment to commercial and people goals;
- Contribute to EA negotiations with the support of an IR Specialist.

**About You**
A true partner to your portfolio, you enjoy influencing and take the time to understand and align people needs with organisational goals.

Additionally, you will have:

- Demonstrated success in a similar role, preferably within medium to large businesses, with complexity and exposure to change;
- The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs;
- Strong service focus with outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills;
- Drive for results and solutions-focused with a strong commercial lens;
- Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking ownership for your portfolio and effectively managing your own time whilst collaborating with a team.
