We create city-sized solutions—building and operating safer, smarter, and more sustainable roads—to solve pressing transport challenges that are slowing cities down.About the RoleWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Operator to help manage and monitor road network operations in real time.
This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient travel for road users by responding to incidents, coordinating with stakeholders, and operating intelligent transport systems.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor traffic flow and respond to incidents using ITS, CCTV, and other systemsCoordinate with emergency services and dispatch response crewsOperate key systems including ventilation, drainage, and fire panelsCommunicate updates via Variable Message Signs and digital platformsLog incidents accurately and escalate issues as neededSupport training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills in high-pressure environmentsSound decision-making and situational awarenessAttention to detail and ability to follow proceduresAbility to complete structured training and assessmentsExperience in traffic operations or emergency response coordination (preferred)If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.We offer a range of flexible working and leave options, so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests.
