We are the professional manufacturer of standard & custom kitchens; bathroom vanity, also supply premier natural stones; ceramic toilet suite; ceramic basin; shower and etc.

We run a rapidly growing, expanding business that rewards and values our staff. We look to employ our staff for the long term and provide opportunities for progression within the business. We are now opening a Full-time opportunity for a project coordinator.

Your Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met; dealing with clients directly.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Preparing project paperworks.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Conducting site visits.
- Utilise provided shared calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Project Coordinator Requirements:

- Min. one year experience in project management.
- Min. one year experience in building and construction.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- AutoCAD skills preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
