**_ New Role_** Seeking an experienced Senior Executive in People & Culture (HR) to lead and direct a dynamic team to develop, implement & monitor HR initiatives and strategies.
**THE ROLE**
- Provide executive leadership for the organisation's people and culture strategies.
identify and implement initiatives which positions Quantum as an employer of choice.
Lead the human resources team and organisation through periods of continual change.
Responsible for the organisation's health & safety and employee wellbeing.
Deliver people capability interventions including leadership, team development and training programs.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - what you will bring.
A successful and proven record as a Senior HR Executive (in Community Services would be advantageous)
Proven ability to develop, lead and implement a broad range of contemporary HR and organisational development strategies, to successfully support the strategic objectives of the business.
Demonstrated experience in managing change, meeting accreditation standards and project management.
Valid Victorian Driver's Licence |Working with Children Check |Police Check
Master of Business Administration or equivalent appropriate tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with experience relevant to this position.
