**About Australian Refrigeration Council**

The Australian Refrigeration Council Ltd (ARC) is the peak body for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in Australia. A key activity is an appointment by the Australian Government to administer the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations (1995) servicing over 125,000 individuals and businesses. ARC's mission is to set the standards for a safe, environmentally friendly, and dynamic climate control industry.

**The Role - Executive Support Officer**

Reporting to General Manager, the Executive Support Officer will work closely with the executive team to provide support through administration and the delivery of contractual and business outcomes.

**As the Executive Support Officer, you will**:

- Provide high-quality administrative support to the executive team
- Planning, scheduling, and administrative support, for internal & external meetings, not limited to Board meetings, stakeholder meetings, and other business meetings.
- Support preparation of Board Papers (agenda and minutes, format & amend Board documents, collate & distribute to Board & Executive team).
- Assist executive team with reporting and record coordination
- Involvement in functional projects and initiatives
- Maintain confidential records and filed reports and other correspondence.

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Experience in business administration, EA or PA roles
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills and experience with excel and Microsoft suite
- Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to service excellence
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Proven success in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment.
- Customer service focused with a willingness to help deliver positive outcomes
