
Learning Systems Coordinator

**About You**
**Specific duties and accountabilities**
**System upgrades**
- Ensure appropriate quality of outcomes and deliverables in relation to improvements on upgrades and system functionality updates.
- Coordinate the planning, implementation and roll out of system software updates ensuring optimization across CFA.
- Ensure system enhancements are cost effective and appropriate to user requirements
- Manage the testing, configuration, and administration for implementation of new functionality.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Monitor quality assurance activities and maintain comprehensive and appropriate testing documentation for internal audit purposes.
- Provide support and relevant documentation to CFA ICT CAB committee
- Prepare and present detailed comprehensive reports, briefs, specification plans and other relevant documentation as required, including support for software upgrades and funding requests.
**System stability and continuous improvement**
- Provide timely, professional and expert advice, guidance and support to key stakeholders across CFA.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on interactions with key user groups and stakeholders and work alongside the team to implement changes.
- Act as first point of contact to assist users and other team members troubleshoot system issues.
- Monitor and escalate data security issues to ensure issues are resolved prompt with mínimal impact to the organisation.
- Liaise and maintain effective relationships with vendors to resolve product issues with the objective of gaining cooperation, influencing views and meeting timelines.
**Ongoing Support**
- Liaise with the vendor / ICT services to provide guidance and assistance in resolving system integration issues through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Manage access to data and functionality based on agreed policy.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the set up and maintenance of configuration and/or course templates, in line with regulatory compliance or operational requirements
- Provide training on software and system functionality updates to relevant stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support on specialist knowledge to other team members.
- Other reasonable duties as required.
