
Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent Learning and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating great workplaces and exceptional employee experiences.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in human resources, training coordination, and administration. As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a positive working environment and learning culture by ensuring accurate information is maintained in our LMS and HRIS systems.
- Maintain accurate records and information in our LMS and HRIS systems
- Contribute to regular and accurate reporting of learning and development activities
- Communicate learning opportunities clearly to staff
- Liaise with internal and external training providers regarding bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing, and feedback
- Support onboarding processes for new starters
- Provide human resource administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, records, timesheets, and leave requests
- Support talent acquisition, including interview bookings and candidate communication
- Contribute to human resources initiatives and projects, including health and wellbeing initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- A drive to learn across all areas of human resources and training
- Autonomy and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
- Collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
