Due to an internal promotion, our IBA Team (Independent Brands Australia) is looking for a Digital Brand Manager to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our digital retail marketing campaigns and strategy.
This includes working with our media agency and supplier partners to drive the strategy and execution across all digital touch points.
What you'll do
Lead the development and execution of the IBA digital strategy across key IBA banners - Cellarbrations, The Bottle O, IGA Liquor & Porters
Partner with the campaigns team on the right digital execution strategy to deliver to the objectives, including collaborating with the e-commerce team with ideas on what good looks like
Provide leadership, innovation and education in digital marketing across the business
Oversee the production of regular digital reports fostering a continual test/learn environment
Managing monthly closeout reports for all activity that has run & taking supplier through the results, including key learnings & opportunities for future activity
Commercialise the digital program through the sale of digital services and placements to liquor suppliers
Build out cross-channel go-to-market plans aligning to supplier's objectives, IBA objectives, and available spaces to book across our channels
Track supplier investment trends, including engaging & re-engaging prior participants, and educating new suppliers of available opportunities
What you'll bring
5 + years digital marketing/media experience across display, content, social, eDM and mobile
Experienced in developing go-to-market strategy and implementation of digital campaigns
Demonstrated experience delivering return on investment from marketing initiatives
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement, presentation skills and robust attention to detail
Results and performance focused with strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
A team player who can work cross-functionally while having a strong sense of ownership and accountability
