Based at Macquarie Park, an exciting opportunity to join the AU Retail Marketing team as a Digital Brand Manager has opened in our grocery category, specifically supporting the digital needs of iconic brands including CSR Sugar, White Wings, Pampas, Praise and our newest brand, Plantry. This is a permanent FT role.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will work as an extension of the brand team, bringing the brand and marketing plans to life through digital marketing channels and activities.

What we're looking for A digital marketing professional with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to successfully execute various digital marketing & media projects. This role will involve overseeing key Goodman Fielder retail brand owned channels (including website and social media channels) as well as inputting into activity plans, optimisation strategies and analytics across paid and earned channels. Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside brand and agency teams to brief, plan, implement, optimise and evaluate game-changing digital marketing and media campaigns that support ATL and shopper media channels
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital alignment with business initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective content for all 'owned' digital platforms including branded websites, social media platforms and eDM strategies
- Support the creation of social media content, and community management across relevant brand platforms
- Monitor campaign performance through digital analytics, proactively looking for optimisation opportunities
- Demonstrate an understanding of audience/data strategy to develop consumer-driven campaign journeys

Your experience will include;
- 3-5 years digital marketing or media experience
- Experience briefing and liaising with creative and media agencies
- Experience aligning marketing strategies across digital platforms
- Ability to scope, plan and complete projects autonomously or as part of a team
- An understanding of social content development across key platforms (META, Pinterest, TikTok) with experience using Facebook ads manager and/or Falcon
- Experience using Drupal (or a similar CMS) and Google Analytics with the ability to detect audience and behavioural insights to drive optimisations
- Experience planning and developing CRM strategies and eDM creation
- An understanding of SEM, SEO and/or Shopper marketing channels would be highly regarded.
