We want to embrace the skills of a versatile Digital Brand/ Marketing Manager and welcome them into our work family to help convey the stories for some of our food and wine clients. Working specifically on Australia's largest tea brand, along with some smaller family wine brands, there's lots of opportunity to use your broad digital and social media marketing skills in a very practical setting to drive results.
**So who are we looking for?**
The role would ideally suit someone who has come from an agency background, in roles like Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager. Alternatively, someone who has come from small business who gets the hands on nature of driving results with varied digital skills. We have a unique relationship with this client driving much of their marketing activity, so there's lots of creative scope to make a difference and really grow their digital presence.
**OUR IDEAL TEAM MEMBER WILL**:
- Manage client relationship - building rapport and relationship to help them feel part of the Mastermind family
- Actively contribute to the development of the digital and social media marketing strategy & implementation across all channels to drive strong performance
- Manage the creative briefing process end to end to develop great visual content/assets to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage campaign & promotion briefing & execution, working closely with internal team to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment to marketing calendar
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against key KPI's inc traffic growth and lead generation
- Manage client paid social media campaigns - strategic campaign recommendations, campaign activation, ongoing optimization and analysis.
- Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across various social media platforms with a focus on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram.
- Provide campaign related social media reporting and analysis
- Help identify social media influencers and conduct relevant outreach to engage in campaigns where relevant.
**Requirements**:
- Proven success in a client facing role within an agency (preferred).
- Ability to develop in depth understanding of their clients' business and needs, as well of core competitors
- Proven Paid Social skill set, must be able to grow audiences and optimize Paid campaigns on social channels.
- Experience using Facebook Audience Insights, Ads Manager & Power Editor.
- A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form long-term customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in SEO and brand content marketing
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail, with an ability to anticipate problems and provide suitable solutions
- Results and performance focused with strong analytical/numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently with flexibility to change plans quickly.
- Ability to identify proactive opportunities to enhance our client's businesses and keep up-to-date with the latest social strategies and trends.

Experience working in FMCG/ Food/ Beverage industry would be highly desirable.
This is a full-time role. We're not looking for a freelancer - we want someone to grow with us as part of the Mastermind family as there's plenty of exciting work to be done.
