**Date**:2 Oct 2024**Location**:Chatswood, NSW, AU, 2067**Company**:Ventia- Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.This new role, **Process and Systems Improvement Business Partner,** was created to ensure that Confluence Water (CW) Processes and Management Systems are efficient, effective, compliant, and are being continuously improved. CW is a non-scope split Joint Venture, and so it is crucial that CW operates with clearly documented processes that are compliant with required Parent Company policies & procedures.. Yoiu mandate will be to continually improve operating processes and systems to drive efficiencies, while ensuring scalability of our program and maintaining ISO accreditation.**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Ensure CW Management Systems are compliant to parent company, client & ISO requirements
- Ensure CW operating frameworks are fit-for-purpose, simplified and accessible, documented and well understood
- Partner with operations and process owners to identify and lead (or coordinate) processes/system efficiency improvement projects (examples may be onboarding simplification, procurement process improvement, etc)
- Interface / reach-back / partner with parent company businesses and relevant SME's to access suitable solutions for Confluence Water
- Use data & analytics for insight to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the IT Roadmap implementation and other continuous improvement functions (including OE Lead & Data & Analytics Lead)

- Subject Matter Expert in Quality Management Systems.
- Capability to assess and improve business processes
- Demonstrated management and organisational skills.
- Ability to set targets and implement delivery using line reports
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
